About the Pottery
All pieces are carefully crafted by hand for aesthetics, durability, and comfort of use by Karly Kulpa
- Pieces are created with Plainsman midfire white stoneware clays, and all glazes are food safe. All pieces are fired to Cone 6 in the kiln.
- While the food service pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, they will absolutely last longer if those practices are avoided.
About the Jewellery
All jewellery pieces are carefully curated for a one of a kind look by Emily Lagore.
- Custom ceramic beads and pendants are hand formed, patterned, and painted with glaze, one at a time by both Karly and Emily.
- Inspired by colour, nature, and found and upcycled materials, lots of the jewellery pieces feature many special and unique bits and baubles in addition to semiprecious stones and crystals.
About the Paintings
All paintings are hand done as part of Karly's creative process. She's been working with mandalas in drawings and paintings since she was a child and they now appear as designs in her pottery as well.
- Wherever possible she uses high quality and archival art supplies, however the mixed media series includes inspiring original found materials from a wide variety of unknown sources, so nothing can be guaranteed.
